Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags attached.

How to return. Email support@emmaowen-vancouver.com with your order number and we will send you clear return instructions.

Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges. The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order for the piece you’d like.
