Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel every step of the way.
To track your order:
- Open your shipping confirmation email from Emma & Owen.
- Select the tracking link, or copy your tracking number into the carrier’s website.
- Follow your parcel from our door to yours.
Haven’t received a shipping email yet? Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. If it has been longer, reach us at support@emmaowen-vancouver.com and we will look into it right away.
